As I begin my second year as Athletic Director, I am proud to announce our 2025–2026 Athletic Department motto: WE BUILD, WE BRAND, WE BELIEVE.
Our mission is to provide every student-athlete with the opportunity to grow, develop, and strive to be their best self—both on and off the field or court. We are committed to building connections, strengthening relationships, and fostering a culture where teams support one another throughout the year.
This year, we will hold our coaches, student-athletes, and fans to the highest expectations and standards as we continue to elevate Carter Athletics. Our motto will be at the heart of everything we do, from the Coaches Conference to the Student-Athlete Conference and Athletic Parent Night.
