The Rialto Unified School District (RUSD) utilizes PQBids to prequalify contractors. Contractors shall submit an electronic prequalification questionnaire on the RUSD PQBids webpage. If prequalified, the contractor will remain on the list until the expiry date, upon which the contractor will need to resubmit a new application. 

To submit a prequalification application visit https://pqbids.com/rialto/ and select to sign up online as an AB2031 Contractor. 

Note: Contractor prequalification is different than the District's CUPCCAA list. Both can be submitted through the District's PQBids webpage but require two separate applications. To learn more about the District's CUPCCAA list, click here.
