Now that San Bernardino County has moved from the “red” tier into the “orange” tier status, Rialto Unified School District is excited to move forward with plans to implement an in-person graduation ceremony for the Class of 2021.
High School leaders are preparing for an in-person experience allowing each graduate the opportunity to walk across the stage. In order to meet the recently released California Department of Health Prevention of COVID-19 Transmission for Commencement Ceremony guidelines, the graduation ceremonies will be split into multiple sessions by site, which will allow for social distancing. Due to safety capacity guidelines, families will be provided with three tickets per graduate. At the culmination of the graduation ceremonies, on the evening of June 5, a spectacular firework display will occur to celebrate our graduates. More detailed information regarding graduation ceremonies will be shared with you by your school’s administrators.
Graduations will be held on Friday, June 4, and Saturday, June 5, 2021, on the following schedule.
