Welcome to Henry Elementary School, home of the Hawks!

We are thrilled to kick off the 2023-2024 school year with excitement and anticipation. As a new member of the Henry Hawk team, I am eager to meet our amazing students, parents, and community. Together, we will embark on a positive and rigorous journey, filled with exciting experiences that integrate visual and performing arts, including music, art, dance, and performances.

At Henry Visual & Performing Arts School, we strongly believe in the transformative power of the arts. We integrate visual and performing arts into our classroom learning environments to create engaging and memorable learning experiences. Our students learn about artists and styles to build a greater appreciation of the fine arts.  In addition, they have weekly opportunities to discover the joy of music and dance.  It is our goal to help our students explore artistic talents and discover new passions.

Our dedicated educators are passionate about fostering academic excellence while nurturing each student's artistic abilities. By integrating the arts into our lessons, we cultivate creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression. Students will have the chance to participate in various artistic activities, performances, and exhibitions, creating a vibrant and dynamic school culture.

This year promises to be an exciting one, as a learning adventure awaits! Together, we will create a stimulating environment where our Hawks can thrive academically, artistically, and socially-emotionally. We believe that by embracing the arts, we can provide a well-rounded education that sparks curiosity, fosters imagination, and nurtures a lifelong love for learning.

¡Bienvenidos a la Escuela Primaria Henry, hogar de los Hawks!

Estamos encantados de comenzar el año escolar 2023-2024 con entusiasmo y anticipación. Como nuevo miembro del equipo de Henry Hawk, estoy ansioso por conocer a nuestros increíbles estudiantes, padres y comunidad. Juntos, nos embarcaremos en un viaje positivo y riguroso, lleno de experiencias emocionantes que integran las artes visuales y escénicas, incluida la música, el arte, la danza y las representaciones.

En Henry Visual & Performing Arts School, creemos firmemente en el poder transformador de las artes.
