        MANHOOD PROJECT

        ABOUT US

The Manhood Project (TMP) is a mentoring and social- emotional development program for boys ages 9-18. Our mission is to maximize the positive qualities of under-served young men, while minimizing temptations to engage in risk-behaviors.

TMP was established in November of 2011 by Author and Certified Adult & Youth Development Coach, Phil Black. While developing his expertise, Coach Black drew from his own experience being raised in a single-parent home and having limited resources to support the youth.

Manhood is about being present, not perfect." - Home

"The Manhood Project uses research-based best practices to effectively empower males for success in life." -Dr. Renee L. Morehand
