When the computer is acting Weird, Buggy and Glitchy
Rule of thumb, always restart the computer:
There's a chance the computer need to install updates, you will need to restart computer by going to the windows start menu on the bottom left corner and selecting power, then selecting “Restart With Updates” if available, if with updates is not available just select “Restart”

Are you being ask to install Google Chrome?
Google chrome should already be installed in most cases the you probably open Microsoft Edge and not the Google chrome web browser. Google classroom, Google meet, Google Docs have limited support on Microsoft Edge or other web brosers and they may ask you to insall install some software.

T Mobile Hotspot Issues?
- Hotspot is not powering on:
- Make sure the battery in the hotspot is charged if not plug it in to power using the charger.
- Press and hold the power button to turn the device on
- Hotspot is not responding and the screen is frozen
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the hotpot
- If the Hotspot wont power off
- Remove the battery cover
- Remove the battery for 10 seconds
- Place the battery back in the device a
- Power the device back on by pressing the power button
- Hotspot Connectivity
- Only District issued devices can connect to the hotspot
- When you are connecting your device make sure to select the RUSDN WiFi signal, if your device ask for a password you may need to bring your device and the hotspot back to the site to be inspected

Microphone Issues?
Chances is your Microphone is muted
- look at the F4 key and check if a light is on. If Yes you can can unmute the computer by pressing the F4 key.
- When you got the popup in google chrome asking you to allow the Mic and Camera did you say yes or no?
- If yousaid no you will need to reset google chrome back to defult settings by following the next steps:
- Open Chrome .
- At the top right, click 3 Dots
- Go to Settings.
- Under 'Reset and clean up’
- Select ‘Restore settings to their original defaults’
- Select ‘Reset Settings’

Sound Problems?
Check Speaker Icon on the right bottom corner near the time and date.
If the Speaker icon has an X in front of it that means the speaker is muted
- You can Mute and unmute the speaker by pressing the F1 key
- You can adjust the volume Level by pressing the F2 and F3

Student Account Username
First Name; Last Name Initial; Last 4 digits of their student ID Followed by @Rialtousd.org

Student Account Password
First Name (Capital First Letter); Last Initial(Capital Letter); 6 digit birth date No Spaces
Example: JohnS010203
