Mr. Nalik Davis

09th & 10th Grade Administrator

Nalik Davis is the assistant principal at Carter High School and also assists with the district's ethnic studies program in the Rialto Unified School District. Nalik was born and raised in Fontana, CA. He graduated from A.B. Miller High School and shortly after went to Chaffey College. Due to football, he then transferred to Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, where he earned his BA and teaching credentials in social science. He then obtained his Master's in educational administration at Grand Canyon University and is currently in the 3rd year of his Doctoral program in Social Justice at the University of Redlands. Nalik began his teaching career at Equitas Academy in Los Angeles, CA. After a one-year stint, he landed his dream job at Eisenhower High School in Rialto, CA. While at Eisenhower, Nalik led the school's equity team, developed the African American Educators Roundtable, spoke at several conferences on implementing ethnic studies and diversity, equity, and inclusion into schools, and created cultural events for Hispanic, African American, Women, and Native American History months. After five years at Eisenhower he was then named Assistant Principal at Kucera Middle School after a two year stint he is now at Carter High School.
