    Do you want to take community college classes while you are in high school?  Any Carter student can take classes at Valley (San Bernardino) or Chaffey (Rancho Cucamonga) for a very low cost! 

    This can be a great way to earn college credit while you are in high school and boost your high school GPA! 

    Your counselor will need to approve your classes prior to you registering for them to make sure that they approve of your plan.  Reach out to your counselor with any questions.

    Cal-GETC

    Cal-GETC = "California General Education Transfer Curriculum"

    If a student completes the Cal-GETC requirements and the California community college issues the certification of his/her completion, ALL CSUS AND UCS will accept Cal-GETC as meeting the general education requirements that typically take a college student two years to complete.
