• Meal Service FAQs


    How is the meal service going to work during distance learning?

    Meals will be served in a Drive-thru, Grab and Go style. We will serve meals every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 am – 1:15 pm. A designated person may pick up meals for their students as long as they have a student name, ID #, ID card, or Schedule. You may claim your student’s meals at one site per distribution day. Their information will go into our database and let us know if you have received their meals for that distribution day.


    I have kids at multiple schools. Do I need to go to each school for their meals?

    No. You will be able to pick up all meals for your students at the site of your choice.


    Are the meals for all kids in the community / household?

    No. The meals being distributed are strictly for enrolled Rialto USD students. If the person picking up the meals cannot provide proper enrolled student identification, they will not be provided a meal.


    I don’t have time to come and get the food:

    It’s ok! If you have a neighbor, friend, or relative who can come for you, that will be fine. They just need to be able to provide a student name, ID #, ID card, or Schedule for each student they are picking up meals for.
