      My mom because I seen her work 3 jobs at a time and seen her grind and hustle to provide for me to make sure I didn't want or need for anything. My mom played both roles - mom and dad, never made excuses, always got it done. Shes my SHEro

      Increase Black voices and acknowledging America's history and purposefully creating a future with better representation in positions that can create change.

    • Who is the person who has influenced you the most and why?
      My grandmother is who has influenced me the most. She lived during a time when African Americans did not have the same freedoms and luxuries many of us have today. Yet, she overcame many obstacles by never allowing her voice to be dimmed or silenced by those who did not value it. She was a fighter until her last day on this earth.

      A smart person learns from their mistakes. A wise person learns from the mistakes of others. Mentorship is important.
