Eisenhower’s Elite Eagle program is designed for students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors courses throughout their high school career, with the clear goal of attending a university post-graduation. A key feature of the program is structured, grade-level specific activities that are thoughtfully aligned with the University of California's Personal Insight Questions. The chart to the right indicates which UC Personal Insight Questions will be the focus of that grade-level cohort. In addition to the academic and college-preparatory components, participants in the Elite Eagle program are committed to community engagement. This includes mandatory participation in the annual "AP Learning Lab for Littles" and the completion of community service activities during the summer. The Elite Eagle program is meant to foster leadership, a sense of social responsibility, and provide experiences that can further enrich participants’ personal insight question responses, and overall college applications.
