1. PlanetBids Profile: Always maintain your PlanetBids profile updated with accurate information. It will be the primary method of communication with our vendor community. Also, any changes to your profile will be properly recorded in our financial system. We use this system as a secure method to safeguard your information.
2. Payment Terms: Our standard payment terms are Net 30 (N30) days from the date of the received invoice.
3. Purchase Orders: It is essential that no services or products are provided without an official Purchase Order from the District.
4. Invoices: Please send all invoices to our Accounts Payable department at accountspayable@rialtousd.org and reference the Purchase Order Number in the subject line.
5. Open Communication: We value open lines of communication and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
